Activities – Bringing Affordable Fun to Young People
Expanding Afterschool Access in Bedford Borough
Our research highlighted a significant need for more accessible activities for children and young people across Bedford and its surrounding villages. To address this, we are collaborating with two local charities to provide affordable afterschool activities in areas of Bedford Borough our research deemed to be a priority.
Fun 4 Young People (F4YP)
By partnering with F4YP, we’ve launched youth activity programs in five areas identified as ‘activity deserts’—North Putnoe, Wixams, Queens Park/Great Denham, and Shortstown. These sessions offer young people a safe, engaging space to learn, play, and connect. To find out more or register for a group, visit the F4YP website.
